Jonathan D’Arensbourg, LNFA – President (2020-2022)
Jonathan D’Arensbourg is a Skilled Nursing Facility Placement Specialist for Louisiana Health Care Consultants. His is very proud of the work he does and is dedicated to enhance the lives of the Elderly, Sick, Poor, and Misjudged residents of Our Greater New Orleans Community. Jonathan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Louisiana State University and is a Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator. “I am proud to serve as your President for the NOCC. We are dedicated in Enhancing lives through community service and education.”

Courtney Brown - Vice President (2020-2022)
Courtney Brown has been an active board member for The NOCC since 2016. Starting in 2012, Courtney found her calling in the field of mental health. Courtney worked in and around the Greater New Orleans area specializing in mental health outreach, community education, and placement coordination for those needing inpatient or outpatient services. Through the years, Courtney realized the unique circumstances of people struggling with addiction and how much that played a role on the mental health of those clients and the people around them. So, starting in 2020, Courtney began her new journey with Avenues Recovery as their Outreach Coordinator. Her primary focus is on connecting individuals initially to detox residential programming, offering an extended care model of 90 days in treatment, and rebuilding clients throughout the stages, from helplessness and active addiction to long term recovery. At Avenues, Courtney and her team is able to provide treatment to the whole person – body, mind, and spirit, while clients receives personalized care in a clean, modern, home-like setting. Avenues Recovery has 8 facilities across the country. Working as the Outreach Coordinator for Avenues, Courtney is now able to provide local and out of state resources for detox/addiction treatment to the Greater New Orleans. Whether within the Greater New Orleans area, or throughout the country, she strives to improve the quality of life for all in need of mental health and addiction treatment.

Elizabeth Nastasi, RTT - NOCC Treasurer (2018-2022)
Elizabeth is the owner/care advisor for Caring Heart Senior Placement. She is passionate about helping seniors, and the families of seniors, find the right fit for them and their loved ones in senior living, whether it's independent living, assisted living, or a memory care facility or care home. She has a Bachelors degree in Science from St Francis College and is a Licensed Radiation Therapist with a 2nd degree from UTMDAnderson Cancer Center in Houston. "I am excited to continue working with The NOCC Board this year as The NOCC Treasurer. I look forward to a wonderful year. "

Courtney L. Bartholomew is the Executive Director at Vista Shores Assisted Living & Memory Care. As the Executive Director of Vista Shores, Courtney oversees all community operations to ensure that residents receive the highest quality of care possible. Courtney has more than 15 years of experience in the senior care industry, including past positions at the East Baton Rouge Council on Aging and as both an executive director and assistant executive director for an assisted living and memory care facility. Courtney believes in focusing on what a resident can do rather than what they can’t, and trains her team to support and encourage their residents. At Vista Shores, Courtney ensures that the activities calendar is always full, and she goes the extra mile to plan interesting, engaging events that provide an active and upbeat lifestyle for her residents. Courtney is on the board of directors for several organizations, including the Alzheimer’s Association of New Orleans, New Orleans Continuity of Care, and Certified Nursing Assistant Training.

She has worked staff RT at Ochsner and EJGH, Pediatric Respiratory Care Specialist at Tulane Medical Center, consultant to LSU ALS clinic, & area manager for HMS. Anna is extremely humbled by the success of Access which she cofounded in 2001 with a determination to provide patients the respiratory services/equipment they need and deserve through dedication, integrity, expertise and skill. She is honored to serve on the board of the NOCC to promote its mission ‘To provide excellence in the promotion of continuity of care services through education, advocacy, technical assistance, promotion of standards, and peer and industry relations.’

Ashley Serigne- Active Board Member
Ashley is currently the Director of Community Relations at Vista Shores Assisted Living and Memory Care. Ashley’s compassion for people comes from her extensive career in radiation therapy. She is a graduate of Washburn University and the former President of North Oaks School of Technology. She is certified by The American Registry of Radiologic Technologist and the Louisiana State Radiologic Technology Board. She also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science and Administration which helps guide her through day to day requirements needed to be a part of the Vista Shores Leadership Team, as well as a NOCC board member.

Billy Vo- Active Board Member
Billy Vo is a co-owner and Business Development Manager of Michoud Pharmacy, a local pharmacy in New Orleans east primarily focused on their customer service to the local community. He is responsible for the day-to-day activities, developing new marketing strategies, conducts extensive market research to improve customer services.
Billy Vo’s Story:
Billy’s family immigrated to the US from Vietnam during the Vietnam War. He lived with 6 family members in a small apartment in New Orleans East. Billy has always worked hard and made sacrifices for his family. Billy’s parents were struggling to run their nail shop and shrimp boat, so Billy took over to aid his parents to help run both businesses. This is where Billy developed his entrepreneurship skills. He realized that human relationship skills play a larger role than just cheap prices. With Billy’s younger brother Paul Vo and his best friend Hai Tran both pharmacist. The three shared the same dream of opening a local pharmacy that is for the community and not just to profit off of the community like your every day corporate pharmacy. The three slowly put together a business plan and made their dream a reality.

Erin Hardin- Active Board Member
Erin is a Skilled Nursing Facility Placement Specialist with Louisiana Healthcare Consultants, LLC and works to help people find nursing facility placement in the Greater New Orleans area. She feels humbled and honored to work in a field in which she enters people’s lives at a vulnerable time to help them find their best possible outcome. She studied psychology and social work at St. Mary’s of Notre Dame College in South Bend, IN and earned her Master’s degree in Family Psychology and Human Development at The University of Arizona. She is a Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator. “I am excited to be able to support an organization and its members as we continue to educate ourselves and raise awareness of vital issues that come into play as we work WITH those and FOR those facing continuity of care decisions for themselves and for their families.”

Carol Redmann Bailey- Active Board Member
Carol is a RN with a BS in Education. She currently works as a Nationally Certified Dementia Trainer and Consultant. Carol invested in dementia education and training after seeing first-hand the desperate need being experienced by medical professionals and families caring for a loved one living with dementia.
Medical professionals requested help obtaining the skill set necessary to successfully provide care for clients with dementia. Families continued stating a feeling of helplessness and hopelessness.
Carol wrote several Continuing Education Courses on Dementia and offers workshops to guide families through the entire disease process.
In 2019 she opened the “Dementia Education and Training Institute”. She is very passionate about the services she offers and being an advocate for people living with dementia.
